About
I have centred my Massage Therapy practice around supporting babies, children and parents in reaching their state of wellness and growth. I believe in the creation of a beautiful foundation for babies to develop into amazing adults. I work with families utilizing a light-touch Massage Therapy Technique called CranioSacral Therapy and enhancing the body’s own ability to heal.
I began my career in Ottawa in 2004 after graduating from the International Academy of Massage. I moved to Vancouver in 2007 and worked in clinics, yoga studios & spas. I opened Womb To Wings in 2018 now renamed Soar Wellness Clinic. I have expanded into teaching other practitioners and creating a team of passionate people that use an intergraded approach to wellness to support the health every individual deserves.
